Day 1 of my Boob Journey- Day 54 (February 23rd, 2021)

 I think this is my first official day of feeling an effect! My chest hurts. This is my first feeling that hrt is actually doing something. And it feels great. I'm jumping into this with both feet and this is day one of my boob journey.

There are many times in a day where I revisit different moments from my childhood in my mind, both before dad's death and after. I have been a stranger to myself for so long, so preprogrammed by how I've needed to act to fit in that now I experience my days feeling like I leave the house naked most days.  I used to have a good beard and a shorter hairstyle that worked okay for me. I Laughed Tonight- Day 23 (January 23rd, 2021)

I laughed tonight. It was the kind of light hearted, joyful laugh I rarely find myself able to reach. I was playing hide and seek with my girls, hiding very obviously behind my pregnant wife on the couch, a blanket barely draped over my head. And of course my daughters found me almost immediately, my white and black striped dress sticking out from the blanket, a dead giveaway. A short entry tonight but definitely a sign that my happiness is on the up and up.

Calling on Simon of Cyrene- Day 149 (May 29th, 2021)

I wish we could remove the poorly conveyed attributes that surround certain classifications of people. The example I give is the LGBTQ. Because certain people have tied whatever description they want to someone from this group, there is an immediate stink that fills the air when talked about. And the very worst thing you could ever do is be someone that fits in this categorization. To most in the church, we might as well be lepers. The scariest thing about life is seeing people who present as Godly but demonstrate this daily, syrupy sweet wickedness.
