Little Expectation- Day 35 (February 4th, 2021)

I've had to come to a place of little expectation for the time being. Maybe I'll start to see some results near the end of this month or maybe a nice surprise is awaiting me for my 30th birthday.

4 Years Later: The questions I finally have the answers to

It's been a long while since I've updated this blog. After the first year, I guess I was more interested in living than trying to analyze it so I could blog about it. Why writing a post now makes sense is because so many of the questions I had then now have answers, such as:  Q: Did I ever grow the boobs I wanted? A: Nope, my inability to gain weight plus the wrong genetic seeds plus a wide sternum led to nothing more than moobs. Fortunately, I was able to get 400cc implants in June of 2023. I love them so... except my left lady has settled poorly and developed a stage 3 capsular contracture, which means it isn't as soft and pushes the nipple to one side, making it slightly uneven. Barring a full Trump ban (God help us all), I will be getting a revision on that one breast sometime in the future. Calling on Simon of Cyrene- Day 149 (May 29th, 2021)

I wish we could remove the poorly conveyed attributes that surround certain classifications of people. The example I give is the LGBTQ. Because certain people have tied whatever description they want to someone from this group, there is an immediate stink that fills the air when talked about. And the very worst thing you could ever do is be someone that fits in this categorization. To most in the church, we might as well be lepers. The scariest thing about life is seeing people who present as Godly but demonstrate this daily, syrupy sweet wickedness. How they treat us is poisonous, so we are left to either believe they are mistaken and don't know Who God truly is, or we have to consider the terrible idea that God only loves us if we are good enough...  I have been more and more turned off by modern day Christians (not true Christ lovers and followers, but the broad spectrum classification of "Christian") because it seems that this movement of elitism has taken over. I Laughed Tonight- Day 23 (January 23rd, 2021)

I laughed tonight. It was the kind of light hearted, joyful laugh I rarely find myself able to reach. I was playing hide and seek with my girls, hiding very obviously behind my pregnant wife on the couch, a blanket barely draped over my head. And of course my daughters found me almost immediately, my white and black striped dress sticking out from the blanket, a dead giveaway. A short entry tonight but definitely a sign that my happiness is on the up and up.
